Spiky POV: Haha. Ok now I know she’s really jealous.
Spiky: this is for you. *took out a red rose*
Yuki: What for?
Spiky: I told you I would give it to the girl I love.
Yuki: But that time we only know each other for one day and you said her cheerful smile never fails to brighten your days.
Spiky: if you recall properly I said

Waltz: it’s true. Although they’ve stop slaying for years, we have yet had our revenge.

Yuki: hey Spiky what are you doing now?

At Spiky’s mansion’s basement
Yuki: what is this funny looking thing?

Spiky POV: oh man not now.

Waltz: *turned himself into a bat a flew away*
Spiky: *sigh n looked into his dad’s crystal ball and got the biggest shock of his life* YUKI!!
Spiky ran down the great flight of stairs slamming doors open and crashing into anything that comes into his way. He is in a mad rush. Mad rush to save Yuki. But when he arrived it was too late. Yuki was laying a pool of green substance. It was the banisher. It was used to kill mortals. Spiky wrapped Yuki up in his arms and brought her to his room. He then quickly prepared the antidote, praying hard that he could bring her back before her last breath. Then Yuki’s long lashes fluttered and she was awake. She was saved.
Yuki: what was that red flash of light? Special effect? And what is this place? *looked around*
Spiky: Yuki I have to tell you the truth. The place you were at just now was actually the basement of my mansion, the flash of light is the banisher that my dad set off to kill you, and this is my room and…
Yuki: and?
Spiky: and I am the crown prince of all vampires.
Yuki: hey that was funny.
Spiky: *looked down at his hands*
Yuki: Spiky, tell me you’re kidding.
Spiky looked up at Yuki and his fangs grew out

Yuki: *moved away from him* you…you stay away from me. What do you want?
Spiky: *retracted his fangs* Yuki, I really love you. Being a vampire doesn’t mean anything. I’m no different from human. It’s just that I…
Yuki: you suck human blood.
Spiky: no I don’t I haven’t been sucking blood since I was 3. I’ve been drinking tomato juice and eating ketchup since then. Apart from the fact that I can turn into a bat and that I have fangs. I am no different form a human.
Yuki: sorry. I still can’t accept the fact that my boyfriend is a vampire.
Spiky: one more thing Yuki.
Yuki: please stop.
Spiky: this is important. I give you one more test for our love.
Yuki: as if the fact that you are a vampire isn’t enough.
Spiky: you are the daughter of a vampire slayer, which makes you a slayer too.
Yuki: you mean. I’m born to kill you?
Spiky: we were born to kill each other.

Spiky: but Yuki, I promise you. I will never kill you or your family. Neither will I allow the other vampires to do it.

Spiky: I am the new ruler for the vampire’s empire. But you too have to promise not to slay my family.

Chapter 5

Spiky: if not for the fact that you were born under the Silver Star.
Yuki: don’t understand
Silver: there are 12 legendary stars. And both of us were born under the stars. This means we posses powers that no other has.
Yuki: I see. So now what? Am I supposed to pick up a sword and kill you?
Spiky: since my dad knows about you, then it isn’t safe for you to hang out alone. I give you this. *gives her the pendent of death* it will protect you.
Yuki: how bout you?
Spiky: don’t need to worry for me. Hey the sunset at the beach nearby is very nice you want to catch a glimpse of it?
Yuki: sure I love sunsets.
Spiky POV: sorry Yuki. This might be the first and the last sunset we watch together. The pendent is only to remind you of me. The only way to protect you is to leave you.
Yuki: Spiky why you so quiet?
Spiky: Yuki, I am the crown prince of all vampires.
Yuki: I know that.
Spiky: you are the princess of all slayers.
Yuki: what are you trying to say?
Spiky: we can never be together.
Yuki: what?
Spiky: it’s our destiny. Don’t you get it? We can never be together. Yuki, let’s break up.
Yuki: but…
Spiky: *shrug off her hand* Yuki, this is our fate. *turned away*
Yuki: SPIKY~
Spiky: *turned around* don’t you…
Yuki held onto Spiky’s hand and sealed off his words and their destiny. Spiky could have easily pushed her away but his hands found their way around her waist. The two of them knew how wrong this picture is. A vampire and a slayer kissing along the coast of a setting sun. A tear fell from Spiky’s eye as he looked at Yuki, the girl he loved. His heart called out: Just let me love her…for one last time.
Back at Spiky’s mansion
Chris: son, why did you let her go?
Spiky: mom that is the only way she can be safe.
Chris: do you love her?
Spiky: mom we can’t be together.
Chris: I asked, DO YOU LOVE HER?
Spiky: so what if I do? Can I ignore the fact that I’m a vampire and she’s a slayer? Can I forsake you and Dad? Can I not be the crown prince and continue loving her? NO I CAN’T!
Chris: *puts an arm across her son’s shoulder* what if one day the vampires really have to have a battle with the slayers and you have to face her for the final showdown?
Spiky: *firmly* I’ll kill her then kill myself. I can’t imagine what the other vampires will do to her.
Chris: will you ever forsake her?
Spiky: *look out of the window* even if I can’t be by her side, my heart will stay with her and stand by her, for the rest of my life.
In Yuki’s room
Yuki POV: why Spiky, why did you bow to destiny? *held onto the pendent* can we not defeat our fate? Do you really not love me anymore? Can I still hold your hand again?
Yuki picked up a wooden box with the words “Spiky and Yuki forever” carved on it. In the box was the first and last rose Spiky gave her and the necklace with two hearts.
Yuki: I will never say goodbye. My world is coloured because of you. As long as there’s love there will be a way. Fighting back my tears at our part. Hiding this beautiful memory in the deepest part of my heart. Spiky, do you still love me?

As the rain fell outside Yuki’s window her tears touched the cold edge of her table. As she fingered the outline of the pendent of death she was reminded of Spiky. His smile, his eyes. She knew deep in her heart he never meant to do this.

Spiky: *looked away from his crystal ball* Yuki, don’t wait anymore. We can never be together. I never meant to leave you. Seeing you cry it hurts me more. Every tear of yours drops a blood into my heart.

…never left you…
Waltz: Simon…you bring a batch of vampires. Bring her head back.
Simon: yes my Lord.
Waltz: Yuki, you just wait.
Yuki was walking in the dark alley near her home when she heard a low whistle. She turned around and faced her worst nightmare. A group of vampires flocked around her. Swords, knifes, saber, daggers, arrows and whips. There wasn’t even a chance for Yuki to think. It all came raining down on her the knives stabbing into her defenseless body. The whips slashed her jacket and flesh apart. She did not attempt escape, all she did was to hold onto the object in her hand, and she held it tight and hard. And darkness swallowed her wounded self.
WHY DID YOU DO IT?!
I DID IT ALL FOR YOU SON…
GET OUT GET OUT!!
I AM YOUR FATHER HOW CAN YOU…
Yuki struggled to get up, but her fragile body failed her. Through the tears in her eyes she saw the back of a familiar someone. Someone who saved her life. Someone whom she longed to see day and night. Someone she loved.
Spiky: how are you?
Yuki: were you the one who saved me?
Spiky: sorry I was too slow, does it hurt? *touched her hand lightly*

Waltz: any suggestions vampires?
Vampire2: why don’t we just kill her?

After they left
Chris: your son will defend her.
Waltz: there’s no way he can defend her from so many.
Chris: then he will perish together with her.
Waltz: *looks serious* are you serious?
Chris: our son is truly in love with her. He will defend her at all cost. Even if it means he have to die.
Waltz: *hesitated b4 revealing an evil smile* den die shall he…
Chapter 7
…deadly truth…
Chris: you’re kidding…
Sash: no I’m not; she IS the reincarnation of Princess Angel
Chris: then…
Sash: the legend…
Chris: we can’t let it come true…
Sash: I’ve been trying so hard to protect this secret for so many years since the 2 of them were born…but I think he already knows the truth…
Chris: is there ANYWAY we can break the curse?
Sash: *holds up a sword* the only way the spell can be broken is the reunion of the twin angels
Chris: I guess…
The angel has been blessed with truth of love and generously brings happiness to the people around her…the devil is cursed with unearthly death and no one can escape the deadly curse…
The angel could have used her powers to transform the devil…yet she chose to die with him…all because…she loved him…
Spiky: Yuki what’s wrong? Why is your face so pale?
Yuki: Spiky look *pointed to a group of over a hundred vampires*
Spiky: Stay close *drew out his sword of vampire masters*
Waltz: son…the sword is indeed the best amongst all. But it is also to banish your greatest weakness. Do you think you can win us? You must be out of your mind. Just surrender the girl and we’ll let you off.
Spiky: dad. So what if I can’t win? Even in death, I won’t let Yuki go.
Waltz: You are so slow. I just told you the sword is used to banish your GREATEST WEAKNESS *points to Yuki*. Even if you don’t kill her by the sword, you can’t defeat ALL of us.
Sash: but that may not be true with the addition of US.
Yuki: MOM?!
Sash: *knelt down* sorry for lying to you these entire years princess. I am not your mom.
Dave: she is your general, princess.
Yuki: DAD?!
Spiky: what is going on?
Chris: we are the 3 generals guarding the imperial secrets. Yuki, you’re not a slayer and Spiky not a vampire. Yuki is the princess of all angels and Spiky…
Sash: the crown prince of all devils.
Chris: you two are destined to die for love.
Waltz: enough of all these love talk. Surrender her.
Spiky: *pointed his sword at Waltz* then who are you?
Chris: he is the master of all evil.
Waltz: YOU BETRAYED ME!!!
Chris: you wanted Spiky dead. You were bent on his death. YOU DON’T DESERVE TO BE LOVED!!!
Waltz gave a roar and swiftly clasped his long ghostly fingers onto Chris’s neck. Spiky, Sash and Dave bravely fought of the vampires. And during the course of the fight a vampire gave Spiky a hard knock on his head. And Spiky fell onto the ground. Waltz spotted this chance and grabbed a sword to kill Spiky. Without warning Yuki grabbed the sword of vampire masters and stood in front of Spiky.
Spiky: Yuki NO…*pried the sword off her hand*
Waltz: *chanting* let the curse of million years…slash your soul and end your tears…angel devil joined by heart…yet in death they’re torn apart…
The sword of vampire master jerked out of Spiky’s hand and flew towards Yuki.
Waltz: *laughter* your greatest weakness…is her…
Sash: Chris NOW!
Chris and Sash took their own swords and pierce it through Waltz and with a loud deafening shriek he perished into the night. The twin angels turned to find Yuki…
Sash and Chris: *shock*
Chapter 8
…angel devil reunite…
Back at the mansion the group relaxed with coffee over their victory
Sash: But I still don’t understand, why did the sword not harm Yuki?
Dave: it might be due to the reunion of the twin angels *smiles*
Chris: can’t be. Although it is said in the legend that the reunion of the twin angel will stop the curse but only in death. Which means they can die together not live together.
Spiky: I think I know why.
All: why?
Spiky: *held Yuki’s hand* because Yuki is not my greatest weakness. She’s my greatest strength.
Yuki: *smiles* hey Spiky look! *held out the pendent of death*
Chris: the eyes of the vampires turned from red ruby to sapphire. It means…
Spiky: the lord is dead.
Yuki: Chris, are you alright?
Chris: I only marry him to guard the secret of Spiky’s birth
Spiky and Yuki were walking along the beach watching sunset.
Yuki: will you ever leave me again? Like last time.
Spiky: *held her hand* never. I will love you forever.
Yuki: until death?
Spiky: much longer than that…much longer…

just a short entry of my thoughts...
for the benefit of ppl lik my dear hu dun realli like to read chinese i have translated the impt parts of the above text into english
a lot of ppl hav told me that my last entry was very depressing and their moods were very much affected by it...sorry for that entry b'cuz at that point of time i was realli not in a very gd mood...i wrote some lyrics (but i'm not goin to translate them) if u would lik to plz comment on it...
last night i was on the phone with vernus...through our conversation i could sense that both of us dream to have a successful career in the future...but i have to admit she is far more independent and strong than i am...she is one girl with passion and dreams...she deeply beliefs that being gals we need not let our strength and confidence be based on the attention given by guys...perhaps she is rite...love will only blur my vision and hinder my path towards success...perhaps it is time i refocus on my goals and work towards them once again...
to vernus (if she sees this): tokin to u was wonderful...u made me realise that there is more to life than jux those stupid guys...n u are ever one fren i can trust...thx
