tml is my 4th day at work...Singapore Visitor Centre... quite interesting place if u ask me...cuz it's not like normal work...i think the greatest thing i get from work is knowing how to be more polite (which is like so not me)...n interaction with other ppl...sometimes i think that the tourist are just so nice....(some of them...not all)...they are very polite and they thank you profusely for doing them just a little favour like helping them find a brochure or just giving them a plastic bag....i think Singaporeans are not so appreciative and take good service for granted...like there was this asian guy i dunno which country he's from...at first he said he didn't need any help but later when some guy from our team and I help him to find some location he thanked us repeatedly...i mean it's our job to help but knowing that we are appreciated helps a lot...though standing for long hours is not that enjoyable...n the make up is making me feel like i'm wearing a mask over my face n my skin needs oxygen...but i'm fine...my previous workday was saturday...so i had 3 days to 'air' my skin.... when i just accepted this job...(or rather i was accepted) i treat it only as a source of revenue...or income...but i realise that this job is realli nice...except for some realli crazy tourist...complain complain about crazy things...i mean some are realli valid complaints...usualli is that they r cheated of their money or something...but there was this crazy...ok i shall not talk about it...workplace ppl are quite nice...especially the newbies like myself...friendly and nice to talk to...most ppl there are quite friendly...n i get to have the same job as two of my bestest friends...how nice rite?? n a little surprise i saw on the way to work on saturday *winks*
life's pretty much the same...apart from working...on off days i just sit in front of the comp the whole day n watch detective conan cartoon the whole day...thatx just so ME...
today is darcy's birthday...yesterday was luan n mui hiang's...day b4 was fabian's....(i think i wrote the same line last year this day)
anyway...i'm off to watch the next episode of conan..oh n the latest epi of they kiss again...the girl in the show called christine..she's sooooo pretty...she looks like a doll...n the best part? she likes Ah Jin (which is wang dong cheng) in the show...muahahahaha...finally...someone appreciates Ah Jin...n she's mega pretty...
