    my new idol JILLIAN MICHAELS....i think she is so cool...TV's toughest fitness guru...i read through a bit of her books...she's gd man...

    met up with xiying n muihiang today...
    although we didn't say alot of things...but it feels really good to be with people that you can be 100% yourself...making funny noises...complaining about stupid things in life...that's what sisters are like...

    feeling very tired...duno y...slept from 3pm to 630pm...totally wasted my day AGAIN...well but at least i went AMORE today...but ate quite a bit too...but my appetite is realli becoming not very gd...after like half a plate of clay pot rice (for dinner) i felt kinda neaseous...

    i think i'll just go to slp soon...try to wake up early tml to go jog...although i simply hate jogging...but swimming pools are a no no for weekends...totally PACKED...not sure about AMORE...but i presume weekends should b quite packed...

    and for the hundred n one time i'm saying this I LOVE JUDO N TKD...although i haven't been doing TKD for quite some time already...think i'll prob go back to training in a few weeks time...my leg is still hurting but i tink i can manage..just dun strain myself too much

    mid autumn performance is coming up...hopefully everything will turn out well...i like our grp ppl...

    think of going for auditions for the hall production and also the singing competition..just for the fun of it...duno wat to sing though...tot of singing nicholes tse's 黄种人...but lynn say later ppl think i from China...haha...
